Considering that it has a higher top speed than my Sportster had, I'm thinking it would probably be okay.  Cool

It was May last year, wasn't it? I remember thinking "Why the hell are we having this in MAY???"   Lol

Yeah, it was May, and they had some record cold snap.  I remember leaving early on the Sunday morning -- as I went over the mountains with the wet roads and the temp display on my bike flashing 32F, I spent a lot of time thinking about things like static and kinetic friction, gyroscopic forces, throttle control etc.

Details in the past have included reserving a room at either the Super 8 or Holiday Inn and meeting up with everyone at Eel River Brewing that Saturday night. People generally come Friday night, go for a ride on Saturday, BS Saturday night and head home Sunday  Thumbsup

For those who are new and would like a peek of the WCRM in its prime and in the past, I've put all of my pics on SmugMug (http://dantesdame.smugmug.com/MotorcycleTrips-1/STN-WCRM. I put links back to my website at the top of each page, in case you want to read a back story or something.

This page includes WCRM I - WCRM VI, and a .5 somewhere in there  Embarassment

You might gather some ideas of routes to/from (if you're coming from the north) as well a day-ride ideas. Notice the spectacular weather  Cool
Anyway, I'm sorry to miss it again. It was always great fun to make the trek there and see my digital friends  Bigok  Ride safe!
