Self evident.

Mixed Garden Greens Salad comes with 4 options in dressings (ranch, blue cheese , french, vinegar and oil).

Fruit Salad is whatever in season fruits are available.

From what I can gather, two main things ARE NOT included on the catering offer.

Non-alcoholic beverages

Nothing provided.  $1.75 extra for each drink.  I presume at this point is is pay as you go rather than factor it in per person.

Alcoholic beverages

Beer is $3.75 and up depending on what you order.  Wine is $6.00 and up depending on what you order.  If as a group we don't buy $300 worth of drinks, there's a $50 set-up charge for the bar.  So, I'd like to know if there is sufficient demand for alcoholic drinks at dinner.  No, you can't BYOB to the dining hall.
($300/3.75 = 80 drinks, and I know not all of us drink and I doubt we will have 80 people total).

Desert

Bavarian Inn will offer desert at $5 a slice.  If we want some large desert for the whole group, they suggest having a local bakery make and deliver a sheet cake.  Is that what people want to do or do we not want desert?

BI recommended a local bakery for sheet cakes.  A full sheet cake would cost as much as $42.99.  Cut into 2" by 2" squares, it would serve 96 people.  Cut into 2" by 3" squares, it would serve 64 people).  Only flavor options are white, chocolate and marble (white & chocolate).  Bakery would deliver the cake to BI for no extra charge.
