ST.N and MotorcycleGear.com (formerly NewEnough.com) have had a relationship for many years. Paul and his company have provided donated items, items for raffles, and more recently started the "Support the Sport" program which allowed shoppers to choose where Paul would donate $1. That money in turn was used in promotional raffles or giveaways here on ST.N. Over the years ST.N has given back thousands of dollars to members in the form of items and gift certificates. Our most recent giveaway is handing out $700 to registered members and Supporters!
But (there's always a but) the "Support the Sport" program is no more. At checkout you will no longer be able to have MotorcycleGear.com donate $1 to the website of your choice. Instead the STS program has been replaced by an affiliate program. This program relies on ST.N members clicking through on displayed MGC banners when they are making a purchase. ST.N gets absolutely nothing for actually displaying these ads, we only get support money when members make purchases after clicking through on the banners.
So here's the bottomline: If you want to continue seeing regular giveaways/swag please use the MCG banners on ST.N as a portal to items on MotorcycleGear.com if you plan on making a purchase there. No affiliate support, no free stuff.
