We're spread across the globe. We have this little place to hang out in cyberspace. I have to admit, there's some people on this board who I'd just love to have a beer with if the opportunity presented itself.

Papa Lazarou is tops on my list, I think.

County is somewhere on that list too, although I might regret it.

Yeah, basically, for me, I think I'd most enjoy meeting the asshats and pot-stirrers.

What about you? And what can you do about it?

Why you of course.

Papa
County
Raj (for verification purposes)
Atadaskew
The Skipper so I can call him a Trek Geek to his face
I want my daughter to hang with Poof and pick up some supergirl powers of dewm and stuff.

I would actually enjoy meeting all of you.

I intend on meeting MANY in June on my ride to and from Clays. (You all weren't mentioned)

What can I do about it?

If I win the lottery, we will have a big party with DN-01s for door prizes.

...The Skipper...

I'm wondering how many on this site have ever met Neal in person? Has he ever showed up to any of the ST.N national events? I'm thinking 15+ years I've known him in web-space, not sure I want to meet him in person because I wouldn't know which name to use. YouFo, Skip, Bro , surely not Neal?  Headscratch

I want to meet which-ever ST.N'r,  I happen to meet, 'by chance', when I'm out on a tour...

I met at the very first National in Custer. I called him "Neal". He answered.  Bigsmile

I'd like to meet many of pot-stirrers and regulars, but if I had to pick just one (very tough choice), I think it'd be Orson. His globe trotting trip reports resonate with me. Papa would be on the short list just to see if he is as off-the-hook in person as he is online.

There are many on this site I would like to meet and share a beer with.  Luckily, I have met a lot of people at various STN meets over the years.

At the top of my list have been DD, DogBoy, and Orson.  I got to spend some time with DD last year at the Burger Run and National.  Next up is Orson or DB.  Ultimately, I would love to join Team Orson in his next tour of Italy and DogBoy with a tour of Cal-e-forn-ia.

There's something like what, 13,000 registered STN members? Meeting them all would be impossible.

But those who I banter/bust balls/engage in rabid fights with on a daily basis I would love to meet and throw back
enough beer to loosen spirits. A campfire, a small bottle of whatever,
a slow burning cigar and a comfy chair would
make it even better.

Personally I'd like to meet:

Mr. Black (almost happened.)
Frenchie- This man impressed me through his willingness to do ANYTHING for ANYBODY.
Dantes' Dame (but I do sense an attitude  with her due to her "POLICE" status around here. But overall, she's pretty cool, and as far as being a chick, this woman's got some SERIOUS streeet cred.
Orson
Kendenton
Sammyseamen
Papa our beloved Brit
FJR1300, since we've buried that oh, so bloody hatchet.
County
Steffrrrr because she don't take  no shit. Period.
Poof, just because shes' sooooooooooo nice. Never heard a mean word out of Poof.
pcrdude, who's on my side of the Cat issue, but there would have to be a discussion first about NO big cat arguments with us.
Vivid--- Polish girls who play in heavy metal bands and aren't afraid to dye their hair purple and ride silver Ducati ST3' all over the nation, hike, camp, and engage in anything adventerous, well, ahem. I'd like to know if
there's any similar sisters in that family.
Bomber: Those even keeled responses that make you think.
Scotzilla---well, I just want to spew a warm "no yolk" omlette all over that sexy bald head.

Dred- No doubt. My guess is that Dred and I would take a side trip looking for some sleazy tattooed Suidcide Girl type of bar.
Atadaskew- Venice beach?A garage full of Vespas? Adopt me. I'll live in your garage and polish your Vespas like you've never seen before.

Believe it or not, CLAY.I would have to pull Clay aside and issue a personal one on one apology for causing his family any anxiety over the cat thing, and make him promise not to snap my backbone in half because the guys' big enough to do so easily. Him personally, I feel no remorse for reaming his ass about it and would do it again. But it wasn't fair for his family to sweat an 18 wheeler full of pizzas delivered to the house. His family
had nothing to do with it, maybe with the exception of his dad. With the exeption of slamming innocent kits Clay seems to be a hell of a kind man, a family man committed the ones he loves and his friends.

Anyway there's a bunch I've missed. This really is a GREAT group of regular users on STN.

And of course, the BigBoss, Neil. Just to thank him for giving us a place to play and bringing similarlyminded yo-ho's together.

Smoker, Rince, Skee, Sodapop, and the rest of the Bills Bike Barn crew that met me when I wasn't playing Frisbee with the dog,  well you guys don't count because I've already met you.  Twofinger Bigok Bigok Bigok

Please forgive anybody I havn't mentioned. Sometimes names are hard to remember thinking back about face to face meetings.

And I still want to chew on a batch of  Mrs.CableBandit's awesome cookies.

Can'twe all do a quick weekend campout one of these days? Iknow a perfect place here in the Northeast that is just the cat's ass of campgrounds. Full facilities, clean restrooms and showers, swimming pools, firewood on site, ect. ect. ect.
