Have not finalized plans at this time.  Leaving from Annapolis MD, a quick Garmin mapping doing the back roads shows 10:00 hours saddle time to make the ride.  So figure 12-13 with stops.  We can either leave Friday at 5:00 Am and ride all the way out or stop still on hour or two out from the track, or just take it out all the way and check into a place near the track.  Return will most likely be as follows: Watch the final race on Sunday and head back 2 or three hours stop overnight and then finish up on Monday.  Any groups that want to meet along the way we can coordinate.  I can work on booking us rooms as well once we get better counts.

I can e-mail out my map file and am willing to accept any suggestions.  In particular if you have had experience with any of the rods leading that way.

Either way it's a four day trip, just depends on whether we want to get a jump on it Thursday night.  I already have a friend of mine who is committed to going.  I will be finalizing details over the next couple of weeks.  Keep you all posted

Hell with that! GO to Mid Ohio the following weekend for the AMA Vintage Weekend. Demo rides, 800+ vendors, every kind of bike from whenever and wherever. It's like Daytona Bike Week without the fat broads in bikinis on choppers.

Guys ,
Went last year was one of the best events since I gave up on Daytona! Spent  several days...moteled but it was cool because of weather....rained so much they cancelled the flat track races....acres and acres of vendors ...bikes you haven't seen for ever for sale or trade...Go you will be so glad you did...I just shot my extra cash earlier for another event but would love to go again

The cole slaw wrestling was allways good entertainment.
