Saturday, April 2nd.  The FJ is packed, dogs are settled, the WR is strapped to the back and my wife and I are off for a night of camping in the Carizzo Plains.  This was not an epic journey by any means.  Four hours in a car, unload the bike and ride.  

102 miles of dirt later we were on our way home...much relaxed and enjoying life.

I'm going to let the pictures speak for themselves.

If you aren't out enjoying the spring flowers, you are definitely missing out.

Yeah, that's right.  My wife cleaning the windshield.  Jealous?   Lol

Tale of the tape:  102 miles, 60.15 mpg.  Michelin AC10's were superb in any conditions from light mud to sand/silt to hardpack.  Their dirt behavior was outstanding.
