Great!  Most welcomed and while I am new to this site too I have already met a great member here that was gracious to let me tag along on a ride through some mountain twisties!  Matt or aka "nantahala".  Hope the weather will be good for June 18th.  But I was born on a Friday the 13th so I live by Murphy's Law!

I saw Bent Aero's last week in Sparta, it is a beautiful bike.  There were several there and I've seen quite a few over the years that have been farkled both for looks and for performance.  IMO, one of the all time great bikes.

He still owes me the riding lesson he promised me this past winter, can't get him to meet me though.

Does that mean I have to wash it?   I put 300 miles on it yesterday, and though we never got rained on, we had to ride wet roads for 20 miles or so.

Man, I would be embarrassed if it was anything less than cleaned with one of those buffing bits for a Dremel...

For yuz Asheville guys, are you taking some kind of back roads route to Greenville and do you plan to do any riding after the get together????   Jus' askin'

Matt I believe has some backroads for the ride down in mind.  Me, I am road illiterate without my GPS!  I just get lost when riding and rely on the satellites in the heavens to guide me back!

Saturday looks 50/50 with rain so far according to the WC!  I hope it holds off or things change!  But two things in my life I live by.......I was born on a Friday the 13th and I live by Murphy's Law of course!

It always looks bad in the summer.  Afternoon tunnerboomers are always the case but you can go around them.  BTW, I was a test engineer for Murphy back in the '60s.

I'm sure hoping this is good; I've got a free ticket to the NHRA event in Bristol for Saturday, and I looove Drag Racing.  You guys are giving me second thoughts...
