Saturday, May 7, 2011 - Join us in memory of my mom, Anita Zaffke, killed in the Nail Polish Crash as well as the many thousands killed each year by inattentive & distracted drivers.
We ride to bring attention to the 100% preventable highway carnage caused by inattentive & distracted drivers. There is no cause more imminent or important for motorcyclists, bicyclists, pedestrians and the general motorist.
We ride to honor & celebrate the lives of our loved ones taken in traffic.
[12:00PM - 2:00PM] EPIC MEMORIAL RIDE52-Mile Escorted (Intersection-Controlled) Motorcycle & Car Ride
- We have 2 Illinois State Police squad car along with 2 ISP Motor Officers & 1 Lake Zurich Motor Officer as escorts in addition to our 30-40 road captains and additional Rescue Riders.
Ride Start Point: Geneva Lakes Kennel Club (Wisconsin 50 exit off I43) in Delavan, WI.
