Family safe post today! Went riding with a friend yesterday looking for covered bridges and we stumbled upon the Frenchtown Cafe. Their sign read, "espresso" so I had to try. After, I had the little pig omelet. Who could resist?!? Eggs, cheese, bacon, sausage and ham. Delicious.

I must be the only one who thinks sunny side up eggs are nasty. I don't mind the warmish yokes it's the slimy egg whites that are usually uncooked around the yoke that make it so nasty. A quick over easy is the only way to go...and be sure. Ever tried a good properly poached egg? I do mine with a nice firm white and a runny yoke and it is amazing.

Poached and runny eggs are nasty man. Especially that "end of the egg, beginning of a chicken" white foetal wad hanging on the side of the yoke by an umbilical line.
Scramble mine and brown them please while you're at it.
