I will never understand people's thought process when they decide to stop in the middle of a highway. I watched once as an intelligent pair of humans stopped their car in the fast lane of the Capital Beltway and RAN across 5 lanes of traffic. I guess they thought it was unsafe to be in their car on the highway (probably true) so running across 5 lanes of 70 mph traffic was a better idea.

Using a series of trip wires, Eadweard Muybridge created the first high speed photo series which can be run together to give the effect of motion pictures. Muybridge is best known for his method of using multiple cameras to record motion and he also invented a device called a zoopraxiscope which was a forerunner of the modern motion picture projector.

Better him than me. I don't enjoy taking someone's life, but you better believe that I'll do it in a heartbeat when he tries to kill me or one of my brothers & sisters in arms.

My point was and is only "That is not a video game.  It's the death of a human being."

My guess is there's a much better than even chance the guy wasn't in the sights for being Humanitarian of the Year.  Then again, he could have been anyone's idea of a good guy and had the misfortune to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.  God knows - I don't.
