Actually, it did not sell. His bride's enthusiasm for him to sell it died down, and so did his.
However, it is still for sale, and if some one wants to chat him up a bit, you could probably get a great deal. I'm anticipating his wife's enthusiasm to pick up again shortly, for reasons I can't go into detail here.
