Probably more thruth to your sarcasm than you realize. A 10.0 in the middle east coast states would probably destroy everything east of and bordering the Mississippi River. A 10.0 in north central California would destroy everything west of the Rockies. That would leave Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, ... . Probably be better off immigrating to Venezuala.
