I was passing through Truckee, CA last night on my way home from deer hunting and I happened upon a Ural Patrol parked on the curb in old town. It was...beautiful.
I easily imagined myself motoring along the dirt roads of the Tahoe National Forest in search of forest rats to fill the freezer. Now I want one, dammit. Is that so wrong?
My wife, who refuses to ride a motorcycle, might be willing to ride the sidecar. I see moto-camping in our future.

Not after you haul around deer carcasses in it
But yeah, I have been wanting one for ages

I've been looking at them for a while. If I bought Tue kid and myself some good snowmobile gear I could get rid of the car
They're quite expensive though

Those things are getting more and more common on the last of the great 'adventure' roads in the Great White North. You can see them all the time on the wilderness highway through Labrador. Last report I was reading had pictures of some guy up there with two (2)!! dogs in the sidecar!
That plow is cool! I wonder where I could mount the brackets on my Ninja???

There is something wrong with odd number wheels. I would like one sans the sidecar, but IF I had a plow attachment that might make a difference. It could hold my beer while plowing

We have an acquaintance who's an artist. Every summer, he holds a private exhibit on his property (160 acres of forest, log buildings, well off the beaten track). My wife and I were attending one of these events, and as I was talking to the guy, I noticed what looked like the tail of a sidecar hack in the barn; I asked him if that was a Ural. His face lit up, he says, "You know what that is?" and he immediately abandons all his guests and drags me to the barn to show me his pride and joy (relatively recent Ural Patrol).

Well the sidecar could hold an entire cooler of beer for ya.

Pony Keg might be better for ballast (easier to make left handers),
What the heck Yes I can bring the beer to the party

I want a Ural. Peter won't let me get one either.
Something about "too many bikes already".

"too many bikes already".
I see groupings of letters that typically indicate words but these make no sense.

Is such a thing truly possible?

It depends -- would you rather ride, or also be stuck by the side of the road on a Ural?

The thing about deer in a the sidecar is true- I sold a Ural to a northern Wisconsin guy; he took it deep into the woods via fire roads and sent us a photo of his trophy deer in the hack.
