God what an awesome day. It's 60, sunny, and dry/low humidity.

Brought the fair weather riders out today. I've been like the lone bike on my side of the valley with the exception of my friend AL, and a
rouge KLR rider who's out on his commute all the time. I've seen the KLR guy many times over the winter.

Today I saw like 5 HD's, 2 Suzuki Boulevards, an Aprilia or something exotic, and my co-worker hauled his Honda Sabre/Shadow out of the garage today.

I can't stand Harley's but the engine rumbles and semi loud pipes were actually welcome to hear.

rode all day today..

now a few years ago I started a tag game that has a masscot, his name is Dunkin Duck

He's been traveling around New England for 3 years.  Here is the first post on my website with the rules of the game.
http://blogs.delphiforums.com/n/blogs/blog.aspx?nav=main&webtag=dunkinduck&entry=55
This is played on the NER message board.

He had been sitting in Rehoboth MA for a few weeks, I decided to go down and rescue him.   When people get him they also get to put their name somewhere on him. He has a little note with him telling people that he is part of a treasure hunt game, and there is a small sharpie as well.
This is where I found him

I was surprised to find this written on him...

I already called "Buzz" and left him a voicemail..

How about a closeup of the helmet?

Found a pic to fulfill that request:

Nice Superhawk man. I always lusted after one of those, and especially in the yellow.

I generally love yellow,, don't know why, but yellow is the shit.

I've heard that 996 Honda twin is amazing, and with a nice pipe on it sounds like heaven, and it's a little powerhouse to boot. Too sporty for me to tour on but it's a killer twisties bike.  Thumbsup

Jeebus it's actually warm enough today that I stepped outside with my RC jacket on, went back in the house and dusted off my Motoport suit and wore that in.

AHD43 led a local breakfast ride this morning; it was my first ride for 2012. It was great to be back on my "photographer's perch!"

I blogged about it here:  http://pineappleponderings.blogspot.com/2012/03/in-search-of-breakfast-our-first-ride.html

Did 100 miles of area back roads today, even discovered a few new ones.  Sunny, 57 degrees, beautiful!  Took a few pics at various waterways...  Groton Reservoir, Mystic River boat launch, and looking out into Long Island Sound to New London Ledge Light, about 2 blocks from my house!

Went to Hampton Beach today, traffic sucked. Fried seafood at Marky's in Salisbury, MA was good though. Everyone was at the beach soaking up some early season sun. It was great to get out and put some miles on the bike.
