Did a little tagging and stopped by Rock Hall, MD to check out Pitrates and Wenches (no, not a harley thing -
http://www.rockhallpirates.com/
) weekend.
Met up with a group of riders (ADV) that hit P&W each year
I ask them to wave to the STN folks!
The clams at Waterman's are very good.

Rode yesterday - no pics
Was not long, but fun
Rode to my cousins house for party for her son who made Eagle Scout.
He's going off to college in a week or so, so I gave him some $ & a pack of condoms, cause you always need to be prepared

My band played at the Pirates and Wenches thing last night at the Harbor Shack. Right as we got set up outside the sky opened up. Busted ass to get everything tarped, then moved indoors and had a really fun night. The crowd was off the hook.
Dang weatherman- "0-10% change of rain". Oh, except for the 100% chance of rain where you are.

We went out looking for covered bridges. One in NJ outside Frenchtown and the rest over the river in PA. Of course, the camera's battery had to die during the ride.

Yup. I did.
I headed to my home Town of Litchfield CT. this morning for shits and giggles. Anyone from the area knows of the roads around The Barkhamsted Reservoir are a pretty decent ride.
This area is on the way (kind of).
I wasn't planning on being near the airport but while there I looked for the current phototag. You'd figure there'd be helicopters, right?
Nope.
The air museum
A bit of trespassing at Bradley Field
While passing through town I stopped by me best friends house to say hey to his parents. His dad said he was at the cottage on the lake for the week (he is a left coaster)
This is Billy
He was a big influence in my youth, think - weed, speed, shrooms, booze, LSD and the Grateful Dead. I didn't say he was a good influence.
The lake
On the way out I stopped by to see my dad
HOT DOGS!!!!
Wicked good hot dogs!
From this place.
These bikes were not there today.

Sadly, I'm still a few months from being able to ride and post any pics, but the second I can, I suspect I'm going to be playing serious catch-up. It's only been 2 weeks and I'm already going a little nuts.

You could say that, yeah. I actually considered asking for a ride as a pillion on my girlfriend's bike as soon as the doc says it's ok to drive and go back to work.
How's THAT for desperate?????

I rode my wife's new V Star 1300 down to DMV to get it inspected. I went around 9am, there was no line and I was out of there in 10 minutes. Nothing pic worthy...

The kids were off for the day...So Mrs OSJ and I took the duck out for a little spin
We stopped for lunch at the Vanilla Bean
Always lots of bikes at the bean...
Only a few today...
A cool Saab showed up
neat little V-4, dont see those in cars at all
We sat inside and had a great lunch...
I like burgers..always juicy and delicious
We took the long way home...didnt really stop much for photo's. Once home I hopped on the KLR and went searching for a few tags
It was a great way to spend a Friday with my favorite girl!
