But first, latest mechanical issue with KLR.
Kickstand up, Clutch in, pop into first, feed in throttle-stall.
After several attempts, kept stalling. Being an experienced genius, I quickly surmised it was some kind of kickstand thing-a-ma-jig that was telling the bike the kickstand was down when it was not.
I was correct.
I hit this cable actuated thing with WD40 but I still need to pop it up with a screwdriver every time I put the kickstand down. Problem easily solved by not using the kickstand.
Off I go.
One of my common spots was done over by a bulldozer. No more giant puddles. Not sure what prompted this (Maybe recreational users were getting stuck in the mud?).
This used to be a giant mud puddle.
And this:
Apparently they weren't able to finish the entire trail.

Abandoned farm house.
I find it odd how some trees, surounded by healthy trees, just plain die for no reason.

Did I mention FOLIAGE? This is about the best I could find.
That's it.
Bad year for leaf peeping as Irene did a good job stripping the trees.
Feel free to stop by. I have steaks, beer and strippers (Tuesday afternoon strippers but strippers nonetheless)
Just use my plate number to get my address.
