Of course my mesh gear and a bag of other stuff is in the trailer behind my sisters truck. If you see a red Chevy PU with a Connie in the bed, that would be them.

Bike loaded.  Washed the salt spray from last winter off my boots.  Guess I'm ready.

Tomorrow night, the Super 8 in Altoona, and likely Mexican food with SLK50.

This, on the other hand, is a time frame I have a shot at making.  My tentative solo route down was going to pass right by Mamie's, so I should be able to see you et al. there at 10:00.

What do you have in mind for the rest of the route down to Boyer?

I was hoping to discuss this over breakfast, needless to say it will be the road less traveled.

Highlights include PA26, Bear Hill Rd., the Low-water bridge at Oldtown, WV CR-1,
Paterson Creek Rd., Smoke Hole Rd., WV 33 & WV 28/250/92

I'll finish packing in the morning.  I should roll out around 8AM and head towards Morganton, NC then zig zag may way to SE Virginia where I'll grab a hotel.  380 miles of NC, TN, and VA twisty goodness on tap tomorrow.

If I can get a nap in the morning, I plan to head out for Meadows of Dan, VA tomorrow afternoon. I haven't been to Willville since late October. My gear is already packed. I just need to throw the Givi cases on and go.

I might add a Mason jar of apple pie if I have room in the side case away from the exhaust.

Alright I was going to post this up in the general section but since it's related to this deal I thought I'd keep it here.l

I was pissed tonight. Zumo power cutting in and out. I havn't used it in a while. Now I'm going to have to go buy a goddamn map just in case. That means my tunes on the way are sketchy too  .

Gotta check some wires tomorrow.

Plus, I went and bought a new Camelbak bladder because my old one is shot. Damn new bladder doesn't fit my old backpack case. Take it back, buy a new whole f*cking unit I guess.  Another 30 bucks to Mr. Dicks sporting goods and another trip up there.  

Dumbasses made the new style bladders shaped like a football, old ones are tall and narrow.
