I just called the Firefox Grill and there was no answer.

I then called the main switchboard and was told that NOTHING is open at the resort this weekend. Nothing. WTFF?

Looks like my plan will be to stop at the Elk River Inn for dinner (kinda pricey, but nice and recommended) on Saturday night.

Damn, the Elk River Inn isn't open either this weekend. But the nice woman that I talked to said that they recently opened a place called the Fiddle Head (sp?) at the corner of 219 and 66. Pub fare, full bar. But she warned it will be busy on Saturday because it's derby day and Cinco de Mayo. At least it's an option.

The woman at Snowshoe also noted the Subway near the 219/66 intersection is open.

Hmmm... Dinner might be in Marlinton or Lewisburg and have a longer after dinner ride to get back.
