I liked my 01 Sprint. A lot. Rode it for a long time and sold at high mileage and have been on the KTM since. KTM Adventure is a great bike, in many ways more fun, but every time I see a blue Sprint, I get all "want" inside.  Inlove

So, I will be buying a late model Sprint ST or the new GT this Spring.   Cool

There I said it.  Lol

Cascade Moto in Beaverton has a real nice 2001 Sprint in blue with heated grips, Genmar risers and fresh rubber.  Nice bike - check it out and tell them Mark sent you.

Is this in addition, or as replacement to, the KTM?  Are you sure that Explorer Tiger is not pulling at the heart strings?

I'll take a look. Visited that shop a couple of years back, seemed to have a good feel to it. ... My inclination is to go beyond the 955 but for the right price ... Smile

Edit.  Identical to my old Triumph. They also have an 01 Daytona in Yellow. I have always lusted after those.  Yum !

I am likely selling the KTM Rince. I will be back on a dualsport but likely moving to a much smaller unit. But I would love to ride the Explorer so who knows!

Yes, I saw that Daytona and its sweet too   Inlove

They also had a 2002 Sprint in blue as well but it sold recently.  I think the 2001 has around 35k on her.  All the folks at Cascade are excellent to deal with and really know their stuff   Thumbsup

The new 1200 Tiger is coming out in our Sapphire Blue color.....

I still have mine and the side panel you sold me, just haven't put many miles on it in recent years with the convertible and the awful summers in Texas the past few years. The Colorado summers should be much nicer to ride in. If I ran across a deal on a Caspian Blue Tiger 1050ABS I might consider switching blues.

Pretty good price on a full-warranty GT, from a decent BC dealership.

Welcome back.  I sold my TT600 for a new Honda CBF and sold it within 3000kms for my 09 ST and never looked back. There is just something about the triple.

That panel is well travelled !  Be careful, there are some great deals out there for sure.

All ready you are promoting "buy in Canada"   Lol

It is good to see the "new" market evening out somewhat. That is about the same price in Seattle.  It will obviously take more time for the "used" market to follow and in the meantime, there are some seriously interesting bikes south of the border...  like this  EEK!

2003 Aprilia RST Futura 1000cc, color fire engine red with 2,800 original miles. Includes touring hard luggage cases, bike cover, helmet, jacket and gloves. New tires, new chain, just serviced. Like new with clean title. Excellent condition, $6,800.00 OBO

It is interesting. Looking across North America, the very best used prices are in Florida ... I wonder why? Is the economy that bad in Florida?

At age 61, I decided it was time to get a lighter bike. I had a ST1300 that served me well, but wanted to lose at least 100 lbs. I chose the GT and just love the simplicity and performance. Actually lost over 130 lbs by going with the sprint. I'd do it again.

Bad economy in Florida, and a dearth of good close places to ride for much of the (large) state.  I lived smack dab in the middle of it for 13 years.

If you're sniffing around a Futura and are still a fan of blue, here's a nice example:

I definitely miss my triple, sorta. I just am not built for a Sprint, unfortunately.

There will be another triple, somehow.
