I sent in my jacket liner for warranty repair last week.  Yesterday and today I've tried to call and email them about the status (did they receive it, turnaround time etc) but I get no response.

Calling any of their numbers I get a "I'm sorry that mailbox is full" message.  That's it!  Emails with no response.

Is something going on with them?

Maybe power outages or something.  They did get some significant snow

I did call once right after the new year for a status.   When she looked it up on the computer, she said it was "received" on 12/30.  I assume this is when they logged it in not when they actually got the box.  Anyway, I bet mine was held up a little due to the holidays, hopefully you get yours quicker.

Talked with them today.   They got 3 feet of snow.  Everything was shut down for 3-4 days.  They're still in a "state of emergency", but they hope to have my jacket liner back out by the end of the wek.  Bigok

I've heard nothing but good about Gerbing customer service. Figured something was up like that.

I've got to send my stuff back eventually for evaluation/repair/replace. Looks like my left glove took a crap.
Not sure if it's the glove or a problem with the liner, havn't had the chance to dig up the Y-plug harness and test
just the gloves. I've got three full seasons on the stuff, and the liner's starting to get a little beat up.
Hopefully they'll just replace everything with some updated technology stuff.  Thumbsup

That area had aaobut 12" of snow followed by an ice storm.  Something like 250,000 customers without electrical power for up to 5 days due to trees on power lines because of the weight of the snow and ice and the wind.  It was not a good week here in the NW.  I was lucky on Mercer Island in the Seattle area, only 30 hours without power.  Took almost an hour to remove the 1/2" plus ice from my car so I could get to work last Friday.  We had only about 6" of snow on Mercer Island.

That's awesome. Hopefully they'll do the same for me. My riding partner has the Microwire liner and I tell ya it's a lot nicer than the old nylon/old wire original liner.
Nice fleece collar and zipper stows for the sleeve cords. I'll send the stuff out when the weather warms up. Need that liner too much right now to part with it.

Just got my return shipping info from Gerbings!  Bigok

That's excellent turnaround time, especially given that they lost 3-4 days for a snow storm.

Sorry guys.  I can't cut em any slack.  Granted, if 3 feet of snow hit my area, we'd be in a state of emergency too, but I know something else about Gerbings:  last year, they moved a plant from China back to the U.S. and into an area near me, that is:  Stoneville N.C.  This is not exactly west coast here, neither is the weather.  In January of 2012, I ordered a pair of men's G3 gloves in large at my local Harley dealer.  I paid in advance.  I was told they were waiting on a shipment to arrive from the west coast.  3 weeks later, they were still waiting, so I drove down this past weekend and got my money back.  Gerbings is going to lose a lot of business with a practice like this, snow storm or otherwise.  I asked the dealer how come the plant in N.C. wasn't helping out with demand.  She didn't know.  She only stated that the dealerships were trying to get through to Gerbings and got voice mail and that voice mail was full: so much for customer service.  I'm sure they make a fantastic product, but as we all know, that can be ruined in an instant with a perception that customer service doesn't care.  I hear the same story from my friend who purchased lots of Gerbings gear and had tried for a long time to get through.  Unlike the west coast, we have had spring-like weather here.  So, really, I don't need the gloves now. Sorry Gerbings.

Doesn't matter where they make the gear, the main office and all sales and shipping are out of the Washington office.  And going through a dealer just slowed things down, because chances are the dealer doesn't buy direct from Gerbings.

Dimes to donuts if you'd ordered direct from Gerbings you would have gotten your gear quicker (and quite possibly cheaper).  And who knows what's going on at a dealership...forgot to order, waiting for a large order to get a discount, etc.   They'll do shit like that if they think they have a captive audience (and yours is a HD dealer, masters of the captive audience).

Wonder if TommyBoy knows that Gerbings was the OEM for HD heated gear too?
