The C-10 would smoke that Honda, in every way except maybe in tight twisties. Give it to a rider better than myself and it may smoke it in the twisties too.

A rider of equal skills would go faster on the Honda in the twisties.

A rider with different skills would go faster on different curves but only if the curves were straight

And different

Thanks for keeping us updated, dduelin.  Any new pics with your topbox installed?

Those fuel economy numbers are pretty staggering!   EEK!

What does that have to do with the "meh" rating?

You posted to imply a C-10 is a meh bike.  There is no meh is that bike, my friend, other than the color.  And the vast majority of riders do not know enough to see any cornering advantage in the smaller / lighter bike.

Brad's right. It may be a big heavy bike, but the thing is a fucking monster when the tach starts heading to the midway point. (6K)
This is one motorcycle that I'm going to have a hard time letting go when it's time, and I'll probably regret doing so when I do.
It's the most fun motorbike I've had to date, and the one I've racked up the most miles and smiles on without a doubt.

I posted to say that "meh" is in the eye of the beholder. I still don't see what one bike's ability to "smoke" another has to do with it.
