4 rooms left at the Round Barn. Two with two beds, one with a queen, one with a king. They can also add rollaways to any room.

16 rooms open at the Germania across the street.

We'd provide beer, but AMA event insurance forbids it. OTOH, the Round Barn restaurant is open, so the bar should be open the entire event.

BTW, the HSTA Twistar domain name is about to expire. The event website domain name is MSTATWiSTAR.info

Just curious, approximately how many people attend this event?

As a MN resident, would I first join the national MSTA and then register at the Minnesota MSTA website?

I've only been riding one year and I'm not a member of the MSTA.  This may be a good thing for me to join and attend next year.

Nah, I'm just behind.

Finished breaking in the Panigale yesterday and did the second oil change and washed the thing today. Route sheets and GPS files went out tonight.

See you folks on Friday!

Wishing I could join the festivities...but I'll be chasing my son across the Stage at the Kohl Center on Sunday...despite all of his best efforts, he can not help but graduate from UW....methinks he might have set the record for the "most credit hours earned en route to a degree without changing schools / major / etc..." Lol

This has to be hands down the best time Ive had at an event. Met a lot of great people, ran into a couple I knew from prior events, and rode some fantastic roads!

I think MSTA has a couple new life members.

And my wife loves her new riding jacket, thanks to the door prize drawing!

Made it home from TWISTAR after coffee around 2:30.

Holy hot oven bat man. By the time i got home it was pushing 92.

I also won a BMW R 1200 GS Adventure in a drawing Saturday night but more on that later.

Time to down load and go through 540 pictures.

It was great getting a chance to see some of you folks in Spring Green on Friday afternoon.  Then Saturday when you were at Soldier's Grove getting gas, I pulled in and saw some that I'd missed at the Round Barn.  Had a great weekend, hope you all did as well!
