In many places, but probably not Central Orygun.
To me, riding year-round means you are riding as close to 365 days as possible, not one day in Dec., one day in Jan., one day in Feb., one day in...

Those are nice-looking bikes and have a great ergos. I have sat on several at the dealers and gone "vroom vroom." And Guzzis sound marvelous.
Then I recall the mechanical and electrical nightmare my '06 Breva 1100 was and I ease off the seat and slink away. Everybody has a bad day at the assembly plant sometimes and my bike was one of those bad days.
"Hey, Luigi, hurry up with that Breva; we're going for espresso."
