a bagger is still on my next bike list and there are some great deals on newer "fly by wire" bikes that don't have the optional abs, etc. Anyone know if these components are plug and play with an ecu re flash or is it cost prohibitive/no can do after the fact situation?

TIA

Isn't abs about an $800 option?  Don't know if you can 'retro-fit' the system to a bike, but if it was possible I'd bet that it would be much more in terms of both money and time.  Your best bet might be to try to find parts from a wrecked bike...

Adding ABS would be very expensive.  It would be far cheaper to just buy an ABS bike.
