OK. I'm hooked. If I'm still around these parts for Bubbas', you'll probably see me on one of these guys.

I had it in my head to jump up to an R1200GS but the Stelvio looks, sounds and basically will be, just AWESOME!  Razz
And fully loaded and at a $10000 savings, who could turn it down? Thumbsup

Yep folks, that's what I'm saying. $16900 with all the trimmins. Even bags. Well, maybe have to get the tires switched to Heidies but I sure they'd prolly do that. So less than 20 OTD.

Sweet. Where are you going to buy it from?

This was the deal breaker for me.
The nearest NTX was clear across the continent, and there was some misunderstanding between the importer here in Canada and the dealer "network".
Nobody else had stock, and I wasn't about to buy without trying it out.

I hope the importers have their ducks lined up by now, 'cause I believe it's a sweet bike.

There's none due to show up till  May round here. I'm not really keen about SG Power here but maybe Pacific in Van, Jim.
And I slipped up on the price. It's $16190, not $16900. Even better.

Hey Dave. Ya, I've looked into that link and Moto in Seattle and it looks like the price difference for that bike would only be just under $200. Easier for me to just do all thru Vancouver. And as I am prolly going for a brand new one, it's good to keep the services local.

Why Guzzi, why? How could you do that to us? I just checked with my insurance as to what the cc designation is where they jack the rates and it's 1150CCs. The Stelvio is 1151CCs. For want of one or two CCs less, I'm payin a whole lot more. Sad

Valley Yamaha in Chilliwack is supposed to have one in this week. They are great to deal with and have hands down the best Guzzi tech in BC. I know Albertans that bring their bikes to Valley for service. I bought my V7 Racer from them and it's all been good.

I think you are misreading alphabet man's note.  In Spokane they are selling them for $12,400 .... the msrp is $15,900 so that is almost $4000 cheaper than in BC and only 2 hours south of the border.

And what the esteemed Mr. Toad is saying is that the MSRP on the NTX version, (which has just started hitting the ground and doesn't come with deep leftover and superseded "microscopic fuel tank" model discounts) is only a couple hundred lower in the US at the moment (and likely to stay that way due to high anticipation and lower supply being shipped by Piaggo).  Smile

Sounds like the NTX will be in short supply. Ordered mine from Blackfoot in Cow Town back in February. Still no update with the ETA as of last week. Anyway the weather still sucks here!
