Great paint job. I'd love to pick this up, but more money than I'd want to spend. Good luck with your sale!

OMG that's a pretty thing...
Bike's not too bad of a looker either.
Best of luck selling it, those things are pretty awesome.

Thanks all... I really love the bike and if I don't get any interested buyers, it won't hurt my feelings.

Beautiful Duc. I've always wanted one of those. Perfect second bike for me. Alas, one more daughter to marry off.

There was a beautiful '00 Balckbird here locally that I was planning on buying, but by the time I got my Road King sold it was gone, which put me onto the ST. Although I really like the ST, I still kinda wish I coulda got the XX.

Check out the CBRXX.com site. It's dedicated to BlackBirds and there are Birds for sale. Low milage ones at that. My '02 has 182,500 kms. Trouble free
Everyone should have a V-Twin to go with their inline four.

If I was looking for another bike instead of a new job, this bike would be a the very top of my list. It sure is purty!

Another bump
Also edited the ad due to a recent thread on the Ducati.ms forum...seems that the Termi pipes for the ST's had a strap-style can hanger as opposed to the bolt-on bracket that these have. Seems that these pipes are Ducati Performance made by Remus. I guess they decided to plaster some Termi decals on the cans when they painted the bike to make it "sexier" (I've since removed the decals)...
More pics, sans backrest and the pipes raised to the upper mouting position...

From the original post...
Quote
Prior to my ownership, the bike was custom painted by the owner of Corse Superbikes in Milwaukee...plastics in pearl white w/ red corse stripe, frame and wheels red, forks anodized gold, and aluminum bits powder coated black (triple trees, rearsets, pass. peg hangers, bar mounts, swingarm etc....basically evertything that is black on this bike came stock in silver).

Well, I should read this stuff more carefully! I had an 02 ST2. Stock seat was torture. Replaced with Corbin.
Yours looks VERY comfy......and lower. Big plus!
