I hate that.
It also gets me when I decide not to ride to work because they call for rain (yes, I wuss out for lack of rain gear) and then, they totally change their minds and say it's going to be beautiful after-all.   I swear, weather forecasting in the midwest consists of throwing a dart at a board with "rainy" "sunny" "overcast" ect on it.  Lol
