But who's FAULT is it?
Quality of foods, agreed.
Calories vs caloric output, agreed.
Here is an excellent reason to eat quality foods like veggies: all those vitamins will make you look great! Your skin will glow, your vision may improve, your hair will look healthier, your libido may even go up. Lots of greens, carrots, fruits, plus nuts and beans for protein, these are all so very good for you. And done right they are also delicious! This is a win-win. It makes perfect logical sense to eat what's good for you.
