What started as a simple idea to have a "Season Opener" for the Riding Community and increase attention to Motorcycle Awareness Month, is turning out to be a nice little event! Jasmine BlueCreek has generously offered her facility to host Colorado's first annual "Motorcycle Safety Day in May" The event, including riding demos by the JeffCo Sheriff Motorcycle Officers, participant skills practice and much more is free to all. A limited number of booth spaces are still available (for FREE) for vendors and MC clubs/groups. The event will also benefit Youth Programs in Colorado.
Governor John Hickenlooper approved our request to issue a proclamation making May 12, 2012, Motorcycle Safety Day in Colorado. We respectfully request your presence and support in two ways, if you are available and able to help:

1. Please join us at the BlueCreek Motorcycle Training Facility on Saturday, May 12, between the hours of 9:30am and 3:00pm I-70, Harlan St. Exit SE corner behind the Chase bldg. at Lakeside Plaza (please respond to this email if you would like to help at the event or have questions - All MC Community Related Professionals / Individuals / Safety Instructors / Rider Coaches are welcome)
2. Please forward this email to your distribution lists and help get the word out about Motorcycle Safety Day in May 2012 and increase awareness of "Riders on the Road!"
