Curious as to why? I always thought the KTM's were very good/cool bikes. Lately I've been hearing about some problematic issues here.

I've had at least one KMT since 1999. they are a bit more maintenance intensive than thier japanese counterparts, but nothing I would really call a problem. The LC8 has had a few well documented problems in its past (water pump seals, fuel pumps) but upgrades are available so not a real problem (think Honda R/R's Wink). Overal I think they are well worth the little extra effort.

Congrats on the sell.  Enjoy the heck out of that Norge.  It's a little scary that we have similar tastes.  I could easily see myself on a Norge to replace the KTM (though I would prefer to have a Griso to go along side it).   Bigsmile

Nice ramp.   Razz

Always sorry to see a Katoom go; they are amazing bikes.  I've test ridden the 990ADV and buddy let me ride his 990R.  I'd lose my license in a week on either one.   EEK!
