fantastico!
Todd from guzzitech adjusted the valves, set the TPS correctly, updated it with the latest 068 map (even though my bike was built 1/12) etc.
On my way home the EVAP cannister fell off... I musta hit one of those bumps with wrenches sticking out of it.
Surging is gone. Bike is awesome. I am very happy.
My advice would be to chaeck the valve lash again at 5,000Km/3,000 miles. It may be completely un-neccessary but due to the early cam failures and my own experience with my bike I recommend an *extra* early check.
None of the 8V bikes I service has
EVER suffered a tappet failure. Are the two connected? I don't know. But it seems like cheap insurance to me.
