Hey guys - I haven't been too active on here lately - but for good reason.   Lots of preparing for our new additions.

As a super proud father, please help me welcome my two little girls into the world.   Bigok

Katherine Nicole born at 4:35am weighing 6lbs 14oz, measuring 19 inches

and

Rebecca Michelle born at 4:37am weighing 4lbs 15oz, measuring 17-1/2 inches

Rebecca is tiny, but doing great - mom and babies are expected to be home in a few days.  My 4-1/2 yr old daughter Madeline has been anxious to be a big sister.

Not too much riding will be in my near future except for commuting... but no complaints here.   Smile

Congratulations! Your girls are beautiful and I'm glad to hear they're doing well. Love the names, by the way (my youngest is a Kathryn).

I suspect you will have a ton of help from Madeline! Although blessings on you, living in a house with that much estrogen. Smile

Congrats!
My twin girls were both under 5 pounds at birth.  9 months later they're each nearly 20 pounds.  It's crazy how fast they grow.
The best advice we followed was keeping them on the same schedule.   Sleeping when they sleep has been key too.
Have fun!

Well Done Indeed!

You are now riding the Estrogen Express (Sung to the Tune of Marekesh Express).
