Which is why I had my cobbler attach a shifter pad on my CBTs as soon as I got them  Thumbsup

Came with one, which wore out and was replaced at the cobbler.  When that wore out, I neglected to replace it and it wore all the way through to the socks.   Embarassment

The leather of the Onroads is MUCH softer and not nearly as tough as the CBT's which are more of a more raw, harness grade leather if you could describe it.
