Gas prices?

Here's how it works.

Some guy in Saudi Arabia wakes up every morning and watches a chicken walking around on a grid of prices.  Wherever the chicken poops, that's the gas price for the day.  We've had some lucky poops lately.  They change the grid about twice a year so it's not as predictable.

And that's how it works.

OK, i'm a pretty smart guy.
Actually, I'm dumber than a box of fucking rocks which is why i'm having trouble figuring why gas prices are plummeting, which is in direct contradiction to what was predicted this past spring.  Furthermore, prices dropped Memorial Weekend which totally defies logic.
What the hell is going on?
 :headscratch:

Plummeting you say? I think they got us right where they want us. Plummeting  . That is rich.

Remember when gas was $4.25 and they were saying by the summer it could hit $5.00?
Today, my local station is $3.55.
Looks like plummeting to me.  If home values fell at a similar rate we would be in serious trouble.  Oh, wait a sec...

Never saw 4.25 but I will take your word for it. I just find the use of the word "plummeting" funny. I am going to say it a lot tomorrow.

Shhh, don't encourage the oil companies to raise prices.  I'm having a blast and it's helping my travel budget.  I planned on $4 a gallon.   :bigok:
