They've had them for a few years.  That one looks new.  The first ones were gray.

Seems like a good choice. Cheap, lighter than many other choices, relatively low maintenance.  Thumbsup

this is my hammer. my dad gave it to me. he got it from his dad who got it from his before him. it's been in the family for generations. we've had to replace the handle a few times and the head twice but it priceless because of its family history.

A common police bike in Mexico. They run forever in every way... gas, valves, EZ on tires and just right for rough roads.

Crap, they can follow you off road now!

At least you have a better chance of outrunning this one than the officer on the C14!  Lol

Last sunday I pulled up behind a CHP officer on a C14 at a gas station.   He was just chillin out drinking a soda.....had to ask how he liked  the C14.   He liked the power, suspension, comfort and overall handling but he missed his previous bikes (bmw) suspension that allowed him to ride over curbs, medians etc.  Apparently the c-14 bottoms out when hopping curbs!

Moral of the story is if you're running from a c14 mounted  CHP officer forget speed, hop a few curbs to freedom!

You just need to use more gas when hopping curbs.

Same town.  Different Jack Boot organization.

The bike belongs to the town police force.  Your permit came from the County Sheriff.
