Giaka: Apple iPhone out, Galaxy S 3 in. So I pre-ordered a Galaxy S 3 this week. I was able to pick up a Galaxy 2 S to play with until the 3 is released. The apple has been a great phone but my old 3GS is getting long in the tooth. The battery is on the fritz and causing all kinds of oddities. I can order a new battery and replacement kit for about $20 or have apple replace it for $150 but I decided I am done with the non-expandability of the iPhone and the sometimes frustrating iTunes software. Anyone else move from iPhone to an Android? |

ConPilot1: Not me, but I just set up a new SS Galaxy Android phone for my GF the other day. Looks pretty awesome. Boostmobile's unlimited package is pretty good too at like 50 bucks a month. Not quite sure yet if there are any fine print surprises or glitches but sofar so good. Wouldn't mind one myself. |

garry: I'm waffling between the HTC One X and the Samsung Galaxy S III for my first smartphone. I want Android 4 and a nice screen. I will probably have my son add me to his AT&T family plan (I'm currently using a stone age TracFone). |

Granted, he loves pretty much everything that's new, but he's been raving pretty hard about it since he got it. He bought the euro unlocked one to review, and uses it as his primary now. http://twit.tv/show/this-week-in-google/150 |
