290 lbs is the listed dry weight - and a few sites have them listed at about 315 wet (this one is probably be about 5-10 lighter than that due to the exhaust - but the skid plate is bigger and heavier, otherwise I'd say 15 or so lighter).
As far as MPGs, I'm usually around 60 or so (all around riding).
