5 bucks says the next Pan with a DCT will be within spitting distance of 800lbs and well over $20,000

I will take that bet.  Do you use PayPal?

+1, don't forget it will have some kind of automatic transmission that no one is asking for.

Last I checked there were not many negative reviews of the auto in the VFR (other than cost).  Shrug  From what I read if there wasn't a huge price premium I would sport that DCT in a heartbeat but then again I am a sucker for technology.  Bigsmile

From what I read it works well, but costs much $, and adds weight. I just don't know who is asking for it, who wants it, and last of all who has bought a VFR1200 with auto?
I've only seen three VFR1200 on the road, don't know if any or all were autos.
