Much better this year. Last year, not so much. On the + side, we're depleting our aquifer much quicker than it can replenish itself.

Stunning pole qualifying laps from Stoner and Marquez.
No doubt !! I won't miss Stoner's attitude but I will surely miss seeing him flog that Honda around the track.
Marquez pass of three bikes, rear tire hung out on his pole lap was awesome !! But he does still throw it down the road quite often (big highside at end of session). Hope he can stay healthy long enough to realize his full potential...

LMAO Jorge was pissed!!!!!! I do hate that for him, did not deserve it......He would have been the only one to take it to Stoner.
Stoner rode a great race......mirrored Pedro and then pulled the pin...

I have never followed the off-track exploits of riders, so I'm not familiar with Stoner's attitude. What few times I've watched post race interviews, he's seemed pretty decent. What has he said/done to earn his hatred? I know he's not happy with MotoGP's CRT program, but that's about it. I'm serious, I don't see much of anything outside of the races themselves so what is it?

It's mostly the reputation the press has given him. He's not Rossi (who is?) and he's never been deferential towards Valentino. After their epic battle at Laguna a few years ago Casey came across as a bit of a whiner and he's never held back his criticisms of things he dislikes. I don't think he hangs around with with any of the other racers, either, so he's a bit of an outcast. Seems to be aa Aussie thing. Doohan and Mladin were like that.

Well , apparently audiences of Jerry Springer show and MotoGp overlap to some degree ,,,,,,,,,,, things get over-analyze and taken out of proportions all the time , especially by British press who seems to set the tone for entire motopress .
They all are fantastic riders who worked
extremely
hard to get to that top level . I have nothing but respect for all of them .
Having said that whining and bitching appears to be favorite pastime in Aussie Land .
Personally I don`t pay much attention to all that off racetrack surface activities .

All this Aussie talk reminds me of my favorite racer ever. Anthony Gobert. Glad his time was during the non-electronic age, such an entertaining guy, fast as all hell, and so much fun to watch when he'd make a fool of someone on a far superior bike.

Holy Crap, did anyone else watch the Moto3 race?
Here's 2nd, 3rd and 4th place
Winner Vinales is all of 2 bike lengths ahead of these guys. I was on the edge of my seat for a solid 10 laps. Amazingly entertaining race, lots of hard racing - especially Cortese dishing on his team-mate Kent.
