uncrating my new bike...

Had the pleasure of watching my new 2012 Ducati Multistrada Touring S, in Race Titanium Matte paint, uncrated. Took it on it's maiden run yesterday, and WOW, what a machine. Absolutely electric power, ohlins/brembo from the factory, and fully electronic everything. Love it. Never ridden a more powerful and fun bike in my life. After the ride my wife asked me what I thought of it. The most descriptive word I could find was "thrilling".

Definitely. It has the same power but is much lighter and rides like a much smaller bike than my K-bikes did.
