Ok, heard back from Beth. They'd prefer the order by this Friday, 12 is minimum, 24 drops the individual price a lot. I honestly haven't done much with a new design since there was so little response until now. I could come up with something this weekend if Beth can wait until Monday.

Do you guys remember how you handled the payment last time? PayPal?

Quote
Thank you for contacting us! If you had your order in to us by this Friday, that would be great. We're a bit busier this time of year so it's good to allow 2 weeks processing time and then shipping too. To castlegar we could do either post or Greyhound, and it would be very fast because it's so close.

12 shirts is the minimum, but the printing price is much better at 24 so we usually recommend that.
If you have any questions, don't  hesitate to let me know.

thanks,
Beth

One large, short sleeve, colour less important.

I'll go with whatever the herd is getting. Hopefully not Ochre or Fuschia though.

IIRC, I paid for the shirts when I picked them up, Visa, I think. I collected at the B&B and then did move a few of the shirts I had left over later.

Hey guys,

I've had a really stressful weekend. I've got drivetrain/engine vibration on the VFR and I haven't been able to track it down. If I can't get it sorted out I might not be attending.

Long story short, I haven't had time to do anything with the shirts since I heard back from Beth and I'm really busy for the next week. If someone wants to take over with the shirts and update the design and handle the order/payment, let me know. Otherwise we'll have to skip it this year.

Threadjack:

Typically chain/sprockets or cush drive, possibly rear hub bearings.

On the centerstand, in 1st gear, engine off, rotate the rear wheel fore and aft forcefully to check the cush drive rubbers for freeplay.

Then, in neutral, rotate the rear wheel by hand and check chain tension in several spots. Check for kinked links and hooked sprocket teeth, or uneven chain tension in different spots.

Then, Loosen the rear hub pinch bolt and rotate the hub eccentric full forward.

Remove the chain completely off the rear sprocket and wire it off to the outside, away from the sprocket.

Retract the rear brake pads with a flat blade screwdriver so you can see lots of air between both pads and the rear brake disc.

Spin the rear wheel forcefully by hand, both directions. This will give you an idea about the rear hub bearings.

Good luck!! Hope you make it!

Just saw this. I cannot take this on and would say to skip it this year.  Thanks Opus an epic idea but sellin t shirts in the new economic order does not seem to compute. I am surprised we hav as many coming as we do

Hope you can make it !
