"Somethng happened here" sign

Apparently an F14 crashed. This is aprox 3/4 mile from the end of the runway at the old Grumman facility. I guess they didn't get far.
This sign was recently erected (Heh, heh-erected) There has been an effort to "Organize" the trail system here on LI the past 50 years or so, I guess this is part of that project. I enjoy riding these hiking trails so thanks tree huggers.
I haven't been in the woods in over a month. Somebody decided to clear cut the power line trails.
Not sure why they did this but I speculate it may be from all of the brush fires earlier this year. Widening the trails makes it easier to get trucks in and out.
The Tick is till ticking but the swingarm bushings feel like they are in desperate need of grease.
So to the 8 people that will view this thread: Hello.
Not much else happening. Oh, other than the doctor says I have Syphilis.

I hear the the cure is a big-assed needle in the bum, Scott, so you should be fine . . . . . . . ..
ride on out to the E Lab, we'll "grease your swingarm bearings." It'll be fun.

They're super easy to grease; he just has to take the time to do it
