In other news, you can tell when someone is a class act buy how he or she acts when having a shitty day (week/month/year).

Rossi is a class act, win or lose.

the above opinion is simply that of an average middle aged hick with one too many brain injuries... or, don't take it too serious.

Hayes has schooled everybody for the last two years.  I'd love to see that Mississippian in WSBK.  Prolly won't happen but it'd sure be cool if it did.

Maybe if Melissa gets a ride too?  Cool

Well M.Brane and I were there and successfully continued the STN traditional non-meet.  Bigok

A few pictures for your amusement.....

My reaction at hearing MotoGP bikes for the first time:

Nitrous on a Vmax?

Dustbin Guzzi (for Orson  Bigsmile)

Getting screwed by the corkscrew.... AMA Pro Daytona Sportbike race... I don't know who the rider is but he stayed with the bike as it slid down and across the track to the left side dirt.

Same race a few minutes later - quite a large field.

MotoGP Turn 4 - Lorenzo, Stoner, Pedrosa

Ducati row.... sorry the girls are blocking the view of the bikes....

The Panigale undergarments....

Me on a fully covered Panigale  Bigok

That and how freakin' fast they are.... That look was how this  OMGOMGOMG would be represented.....

What we noticed was how high-pitched the Repsol Hondas were - very distinctive.

Nice scrap for 2nd-5th in Superbike while Hayes keeps raising the bar. I hope he had time to check in with the Tech 3 crew that he rode for in Valencia. DSB race was a nailbiter. Not only great racing and bike control from Cameron Beuabier but very cerebral racecraft to put that move on Cardenas. Wish I could have seen the Supersport race. Sounds like the top two were really fighting. My pal Garrett Willis had a good race to grab thrid in SS by .001 at the flag.

Yeah, the Supersport race was fun.    Bigok Cardenas was fast as hell, I was surprised that Cam got around him but Cam made a beautiful pass at the right time and made it stick.    Thumbsup   And the MotoGP was eventful, not a parade as sometimes happens.

But one of the coolest things was the KTM RC8 in the final AMA race.   Bigok  Sure, Josh Hayes was killing it but every lap I was watching and waiting for that schweeet KTM to come around.    Banana

And then after the race I was in the pits and was invited to sit on that KTM.  Pictures will be forthcoming as soon as I get going on the damn ride report.   Lol

Yeah, XLR8, Major 662, Flips21 and I were in the B stands just to the left of where that shot was taken.   Bigok

It was nice not meeting you at the Honda tent, too!   Lol   Always a pleasure.   Rolleyes

We were in D, not meeting anyone and not knowing. Teach me to leave early to get a week of riding in  just to get there. UT12 was calling my name, though.
