Ok, this is just awesome Drool

Quote
Janus Motorcycles - We are currently in production of our first model, the “Halcyon”, an homage to 1920’s and 30’s record-breakers; Brough Superior, Indian, Triumph, and Zenith, to name a few...

Quote
Our bikes aren’t replicas; we haven’t designed them to exactly emulate a period from history. They are contemporary, practical machines that celebrate some of our favorite aspects of motorcycle design over the last century.

I haven't contacted them for pricing, but I'm betting surprisingly affordable, or insanely expensive.

Seeing that little 49cc scooter motor all exposed is hilarious. I wish them well. I think it's cool as hell and will get its owners a surprising amount of love from hipster chicks.  Bigok

They had a display at Rockerbox today. Fetching young blonde in shorts climbs aboard, asks "How do I make it go fast?" i.e., make noise. The sales guy was happy to demonstrate the throttle.  Lol

50cc, 6 speeds, 9 HP and electric start. Electric start? How much does that weigh? I'm sure my garbageman could easily pick it up.

How many $$$$ is what I wanna know.
