XT 250 - FI or no?

We'll probably end up with a pair of these before next weekend is over...
The '13 XT has fuel injection. I've read a bit and have seen some concerns about cold bloodedness in the carbs. I'm not much of a wrencher so I'd like to avoid having to tear anything apart after buying new. We only have one FI bike and it's still kind of a novelty so the choke isn't really a turn off in this house. However, our carb'd bikes do warm up quite easily and are all good before we're out of the neighborhood.
The '13 is also hard to come by so dealing probably won't happen much where 11s and 12s are sitting on showroom floors are could come cheaper.
Worth it? Is it an issue or just a couple people whining?

Probably just whiners. Old timers that think change is bad. FI is a no brainier all other things being equal.

FI is better for sure. I'd still go for carb. one if the deal is good enough though.
