.,................................Do you ride 2 up a lot? If so I'm intrested to hear how your wife like the back of that tiger, especially with those huge bags on.
The missus has test sat the Tiger. The bags are not an issue. Now the seat itself is another thing. but nothing that money cant fix, right...

nice bikes
Do you ride 2 up a lot? If so I'm intrested to hear how your wife like the back of that tiger, especially with those huge bags on.
My Kawasaki has a Rick Mayer saddle and we like that a lot. My wife has sat on the Tiger and she says the seat is OK for short rides, but she says I should get another Rick Mayer saddle. She and I both prefer the RM saddle. So getting a new saddle is planned. As mentioned above, the bags are not an issue for riding 2 up.

I've had the ZR-7S since 2005 and wanted something newer. My wife also wanted me to get a bike with ABS. I was in a bad crash in 2009 that might have been avoided if I had ABS, so she has a good point. Besides, if your wife says you should get a new bike, do what she says!!
I've been looking for over a year to find the bike I wanted. The Tiger 800 was the winner.

Here's the old Kawasaki ZR-7S
Congrats on the new Tigger!!
I have to admit though, I've always lusted after your ZR-7S and always wanted to buy it from you.
Do you still have it? Do you plan to sell it? If so, I might have to try and find a way to scrape up the money.

Very nice bike! I love those new Tigers. A friend of mine recently got rid of his R1200GS Adventure and got a Tiger 1050. He absolutely loves it. Says it's much more fun to ride (he got the street version). Tigers are on my list of bikes I want. Have fun with it!

Those Triumph Tigers, as one stripped fellow used to bellow, "they'rrrrrrrre great!"
Congrats; I test rode a Tiger a few years back and luckily didn't have my checkbook with me or else I'd have bought one on the spot. That triple is just an incredible engine and the bike has great ergos.

Congrats on the new Tigger, I have had my 2012 for a couple of months now and really love this bike. It's easy to ride, fast enough for me and what an engine! Tons of add-ons available too. Enjoy
