2008 Sprint ST 1050 Hard Bags

I couldn't really tell if I should post this here or not.... but it's Triumph related
I took a long trip in 2009 on the ST and honestly, the hard bags are pretty much worthless. The last couple of years I have used soft expanding bags instead, used in conjunction with support framing that I fabricated myself.
Anyway, I will let go of the hard bags (2008 blue) and all of the factory mounting brackets for just a minimal amount to cover the cost of packaging and shipping. I believe I have all of the related hardware except for the original bolts/screws/nuts/washers.
I feel the need to unclutter my basement. Let me know if you're interested. I'm guessing $40 - $50 dollars would cover most or all of the shipping/packaging costs to US destinations.

Wow, that's a steal of a price you are selling them for!
While the stock bags aren't the greatest, they are good for security of your goods and keeping it all dry!

Yeah, was just asking for a small sum to cover shipping. I'm surprised that nobody is interested in taking them!

I've been looking at used Tigers lately, and have seen a bunch without the bags. This would be a great buy in conjunction with one of the bagless Tigers...

Not all who wander are lost. I probably am, though

Except I don't think the bags are the same, are they? The Tiger's left bag has a cut out for the exhaust; the Sprint has symmetrical bags.
Good luck with the sale; great price. Maybe the challenge is how many bikes came with the bags as stock?

Yeah, I think by 2008 all Sprints came with the hard bags?

Correct, the Tiger 1050 right side bag has a cut out for the exhaust. I believe that all 2008-up Sprint 1050's came with bags. It was an option for the older ones.
