Depends on the season and the weather. so I didn't vote.

Leather and armoured jeans in summer. Rukka textiles in winter. Or rain.

Well...

My Stadler suit shipped from Germany yesterday. I'm hoping to be wearing it
as much as possible once it gets here, since it'll /fit/, unlike pretty much everything
else I own except my full leathers.

And I feel like a right poser wearing my leathers most rides.

Vanson leather.
Perforated when it's hot, solid when its not, Frogtogs on top when it rains.

I tried being reasonable. I didn't like it!

Leather - generally two piece jacket and pants but on the track and occasionally on the street I wear my one piece.  I have 4 different leather jackets, 3 pairs of leather pants, a one piece leather track suit and a couple of textile jackets in the closet right now.  I choose according to the weather, the ride and my mood at the time but it's generally dead cow, dead horse or dead kangaroo for me.  If I thought fur would protect me I would wear that too.  PETA be damned - whatever works best for the job - for me it's leather - ATGATT.

Four season rider here.

Spring and Fall it's leather jacket and pants, with Frogg Toggs for rain
Summer it's textile mesh jacket and pants, with Frogg Toggs for heavy rain.
Winter it's textile one piece suit, with liner.

Note: in Oklahoma the date on a calendar does not constitute the weather (meaning I can be in textile mesh in January or leather in May).

There should be an additional category for products like my 2 piece Revit ignition jacket and pants.
It's leather and textile. It has removable insulation and gore-tex type liner. Good for all seasons.

I have 2 textile jackets, A Icon Hooligan 2 that I wear when the temps are in 60's to the mid 70's and add in the liner when the temps get much lower into the 40's. For the summer time I wear a Joe Rocket ballistics jacket that works great in upper 90 degree weather. I also have a pair of Tourmaster Cortech Textile pants. Sweat pants underneath in cool or a pair of shorts in the hot weather. On long rides I wear an AGV Sport 2 piece leather riding suit. Always wear my Sidi On The Road boots.

Motoport air mesh kevlar jacket and stretch kevlar overpants.  Both with liners.  Not all the company claims them to be (IMO) but still very versatile and protective (unfortunately I've tested them ).  I would recommend them.

I did get some cheap, light gray, Slider mesh overpants for hot (> 85°, stop-n-go) commuting as the stretch kevlar pants (non mesh) get hot unless you're moving.  I sometimes wonder if I should've gone with the mesh pants as well but I was led to believe that most prefer the stretch kevlar pant.

Cheers,
