Thank You Tom (TMK45) for helping to arrange this fantastic hotel for only $119 including a nice breakfast buffet and a very generous 24 hour cancellation policy. All rooms are one bedroom suites with separate living areas with a full size pull out sofabed. The suites have full kitchens and a private bedroom with one king size bed. The hotel is 100 percent smoke-free.

Fishkill (a kill is Dutch for a stream so think stream with fish not dead fish!) is the southern gateway to Dutchess County and is within easy reach of the Catskills and Western Connecticut.

There are no organized rides during the Dutchess County & Catskills Weekend. Groups usually go out together after deciding on a ride from the Rides Page. Hang out and talk with other riders in the lobby, the parking lot, and at the meals and then tag along with a group going your way.

There will be an official parking area for all of our bikes. A bike washing station will also be made available with a hose, bucket and old Hotel rags.

This sounds like a great idea. There was talk at ESTN earlier this month about needing to do something farther north for 2013. I trust you will use your extensive knowledge of the area to suggest some good routes even if there aren't official group rides.

I have finished all 5 Rides that I will ride for the Dutchess County Weekend and am very happy with the way they came out. This is going to be a superb riding weekend. I have included Wednesday's Ride to Fishkill, the Catskills Ride, the Hudson/ Hawks Nest Ride, the Dutchess Ride, and the Ride Back to Mass.
 
I am going to lead for most, if not all, of these rides so I can show everyone this great area. Come join Debbie and us on these rides.
 
The Ride file is at the link attached. It contains a number of great roads that most of you (probably all of you) have never been on. I can't wait.

There has been a run on rooms. 20 rooms have now been reserved and there are only 10 left. These weekends are the highlight of my riding season. The rides are great and the friendship can not be beat. There are 6 rides posted and I will ride 5 from Wed-Sunday. I will lead most if not all days. Ride solo or with a friend if you prefer.
