It's so clean!
Nice looking Tiger 800xc, roc66, congrats. I really like my 2012 standard 800 Tiger. It is fairly lightweight, capable on rough surfaces, flickable in the corners, confidence inspiring on most any road, and it has that smooth rush of 3-cylinder power.
Enjoy!
I have yet to see one of the 2013 models in person. I would love to see the new matte khaki 800XC and the blue 800 colors.

L&D Suzuki/Triumph has both in their showroom. The matte khaki XC is stunning; the blue roadie, not so much.

Sorry it took so long for me to reply. I am really liking the S3, I have put over 2,200 miles on it and have taken it to the N Ga mountains and it handles great. I am happy with the change.

I have aC-14 also and was thinking of getting the Tiger. Is the 800 capable of 2 up riding? I'm 160lbs and she is 100lbs.
Thanks,
Steve

It's quite capable for 2-up. Plenty of passenger room, legroom, and nice grab handles. Plenty of power for it, imo. Passenger doubles as wheelie ballast. I would let your pillion make their own opinion, though, as the seat is likely less plush than a C14, and there would be some additional wind.

I went the other way, 2000 Sprint to 2012 C14, a few months before the Trophy announcement. I considered a Tiger 1050 but relocating to Colorado my wife had more interest in two-up riding since we didn't have the heat in Austin to deal with anymore.
